    Re: Today's Training

Instead of my recent Monday routine of 30 minutes easy in the morning and then 30 minutes steady in the afternoon after 30 minutes of core stability work.

I followed the core stability workout with an hour run. First half at an easy pace then picked up on the second half by almost a minute per mile.

    Any Hoo

6.5 mile hilly road race, certainly nothing like up to my usual standard yet but felt good to try and put in a bit of speed. Still 5 minutes down on what i would have done really struggled on the uphills)
Blue Bike jogged passed. managed to catch piglet by the last hill.

Weights only this morning in the garage (brrrr).

No running again for a week. Each time I think my knee is niggle free and plan to run the next day, it flares up again.

I'm putting that call into the physio today.
