    If you've loads of trail in your leg you'll be great in trail shoes.
    If you're going across loads of moorland fellshoes may be better.
    I've been over the tops of rossy today and it's boggy off path.

    Was going to wear trailies for leg 2. It's all track with some tarmac thrown in. Not doing it now due to injury............ah well!

    Anyone got any idea how much tarmac on leg 3? I prefer fell shoes but must consider comfort on tarmac if its going to be a pounding eh?
    Also how long exactly is leg 3?

    2 Weeks out but gives me chance to hammer the bike. Will get 200 miles in this week.
