my slightly modified carrot cake recipe

2 cups self raisin flour
1 tbsp bakin powder
150 gramms butter
100 gramms brown sugar
2 large carrots, grated

mix flour, and bakin powder, melt butter and sugar then pour in flour and mix up, stir in carrots, pour in greased loaf tin
bake in pre heat oven at 160 for 1 hour until you can put a skewer in the middle and it comes out clean
use emmilous topping recipe
