Went walking in really great snow with the boys on Addingham Moorside.
Thought they would love the thigh high to a four year old snow but of course they still moaned about having to walk.

Mid Sept to first week in Oct is slightly more than a week Ian.
Glad your a Chap because it may cause problems if you were a girl.
You would need Rescue Ale then and plenty of it
Surprised no-one's restarted this thread - a good dusting here in Leeds - no doubt plenty elsewhere
