Peawet - initial test 25 push ups & 28 situps
Hmmm, I must be getting better at sex... just managed to do 7 pushups, then the phone rang...
Managed to do 22 pushups last night and that was after doing the session earlier so good signs so far!
I think Al asked the question earlier, but it's not clear from the site if you do any more 'exhaustion tests' between the initial test and the final 100, yet you all seem to be updating your max quite regularly. Have I missed something? How often should we be doing them?

Interesting sub-plot / competition warming up hereI thought the aim was to do 100 at the end of the programme, not try to top each other (with extra training too).
