Yesterday 7 miles on fells-Bleasdale Race + 2miles warm-up. Was planning on a few miles after race but felt knacked at end so had pies and peas instead
Today 9 miles on country lanes- took several miles for legs to loosen and get caught in the only spell of rain we had today.

12m/2015ft 2hrs 26mins. Planned on doing 18m but set off later than i wanted too. Recce'd part of a 30 mile LDW (It's called to Ell and back) i've entered next sunday, yesterday's Noon Stone and last nights Strongbow were still in my legs
