Out again late last night, there was a hard frost with a lovely clear sky and hardly any wind. let's hope it keeps up for the next couple of nightsI've been up on the watershed today and it really is living up to it's name, if the rest of the route is the same I 'd put my money and the team with webbed feet

At the moment it looks like we are lucky with worse weather due later on Saturday and Sunday. Seems as close to perfect as there can be, I suppose Ideally all frozen but that's hard on the joints.

It was very cold last night with a quite frost but the sun has been out today, I suspect there will be a thin surface crust but not enough to support anyones weight.certainly not mine
Probably frozen enough to make you think it's solid, until you put your full weight onto it
