I went to bed about 10.15, and unsurprisingly managed about 6 hours sleep between then and 7 this morning. What's the secret to getting to sleep when you know you really have to so your brain won't switch off?
On the plus side, I guess I'll sleep well tomorrow night...

but I will be selling them in the morning for the needy. Drink one on Saturday dinnertime and I guarantee you will sleep
