Geoff means another hour from Mam Nick to Jacob's Ladder!

I don't think the weather going to be suitable for spectators though...

Geoff were you the runner that twisted their ankle descending to Slippery Stones and needed driving back to Langsett? If so I passed you when you were nearing the bottom.

All the best with you're running Geoff hope you're back soon.
    Thanks, Stagger.

By the way, if Swoop gets to Mam Nick in 2hrs 15min, he's still got 2hrs 45min for the 2nd half. I'm sure he'll manage that.

No, that wasn't me. I was going quite well there - up with Phil Winskill at that descent! I finished the race (hobbled the last couple of miles), but I'd badly bruised the bone. Not sure if I hit it on a rock, or kicked it with my other foot several times!

No idea when i'll be there but hope for sub 3.15 finish.
No problem - will you be wearing a bandana?

    You'll easily make 3.15 - I managed 3.20 last year & you're way faster than me!

Sorry to hear that Geoff, me and my plaster cast were looking forward to running round with you.

    See you Sunday, Ali
