Time flies ML, i would have been down there this year but doing last NYSD league XC this Sunday. Him off tele is getting more biking done, i have told him he can tow me around that little jaunt in July.

Just back from a successful comeback at tonight's training session. Leg seems fine. Will be doing a gentle 8 mile off road with some local folk on Saturday. Any plans to do that new North Yorks race a week on Sunday??

Good luck to all Ponies doing the Hike. I'm giving it a miss this year and am doing the Trollers Trot instead, which is a mere 25 miles. Thought I'd take it easy.
As it's a Trot, I WILL be selecting a Fell Pony vest from my capacious racing wardrobe.
