No 'Female of the Month'. No bodybuiding tips. I flicked through the mag when I first received it, then looked again thinking I must somehow have missed at least one of my humble suggestions. I mean come on it needs to be brought up to date! A small article on dog grooming/handling/breeding would be a start, especially for those of us who are a slave to our canine's needs!
Just had a though #bob#....maybe you could suggest to them that you could write an article about survival skills as its quite relivant to fell running. I reakon you'd be the best man for the job, especially since your always on the telly showing us ways to survivie on what nature provides. Thanks alot Ray.

Thanks for another great publication Britta.
Also, thought the article by Catherine Shaw (I think that was her name) was very thought-provoking - "The road at the end of the road" piece.
    Nice one, Cheers.

I put off opening my mag too, until i'd got all my bits and pieces done. No disturbances then. Its a bit like eating all the vegetables before you start on the steak?!

    Another cracking read.
I think Billy Burns is my new idol, good interview with him. It was good to hear that he has nt got a university education like alot of top runners . I like the approach he took to getting where he is now and he also admits to training hard!!!!
Also cracking quote... " Instead of measuring calories, poring through how-to mags and shoebuyers guides, worrying about the weather; instead of downloading streams of heart rate data; rather than logging-on to a website forum and talking about yourself for hours---- YOU COULD HAVE BEEN TRAINING!"
    Im off...
