I can understand the swearing, I've done the same when I've torn my ankle ligaments and had to hobble home. Impressed you managed to laugh though, I think I'd have wept.

What exactly happened, injury-wise? Did you simply put your foot in the wrong place and wrench your knee?
But I know from one of your postings last week that you had a knee which was already swollen. Was it that that one decided enough was enough?
