ish!!!Depends on how many people turn up without their numbers, or can not remember it, from previous year(s).
Junior course is marked out and brambles cut back.
The water is very low for the seniors and the ground is dry and firm.
I will be there from 18:00 hrs to start registration, which will be further up the field between the pub and the footbal field, out of the way of parking and close enough to be hooked up to the pub (electrically).
(searches frantically for his 3 year old number...)
Wow! Over 3,034,198 entries.
Well, it seemed like it.
Just finished, got a lift home, probably a few still finishing
AND would you believe it, NO RESULTS on line yet.............![]()
Just in Great turnout and fast conditions (Forgot to start watch so looking out for results...) Managed to run all the way up last hill for 1st time so maybe did ok! Heard there was a missing child - all ok?
Results were out by 20:38. One or two modifications / gliches to iron out but, all in all a successful evening.
263 seniors and 37 juniors (non missing) with over 70 new registered on the day.
Big thanks to Mark Pearce for the time spent over the winter months creating the new website and results service. It wasn't without challenges this evening but Mark was Mr Cool and took all that was thrown at him and came up smelling of roses.![]()

Theres a couple of things to sort, a mixture of teething problems and failing eyes(blind not cool) on the finish funnel, which I will get to once I've walked the dog.
Hopefully all will be sorted by this evening. That also includes any one that told me last evening of moving in to vet status.
Thanks for making the Trunce the success that it appears to be.
