Given how dry it's been in the last week (with only the possibility of a shower before Sunday) I reckon it could be quite firm. There's quite a lot of tracks as well by the look of it.

I was up on Ilkley Moor Saturday and Beamsley Beacon / Round Hill area Sunday and it's very firm and dry. I might have worn road shoes at the weekend, if I had anyDoh!

Brilliant run out this morning with Ady and Bob plus a couple of other friends. Nice route with loads of running, plenty of sunshine and tons of familiar faces; perfect! Good to meet Chris Brown too

My first event for 3 years ! Was going really well in about 9th place til Beamsley Beacon, when I hit the wall. Eventually struggled home in 24th - 4 hours 26 mins (despite a wrong turning after Timble).
