Been happy this week running in the light and sunshine. So nice to put my shorts on.

Off to bed in a minute though. Going walking tomorrow with a class of children so hope the weather holds.

It is brilliant, having those longer evenings, isn't it?

And the warmer weather is ace too... I spent most of today up a ladder, pleaching hornbeams, in a t-shirt Great not to have to wear multiple layers for a change...

Me I will need beer after a humbling experience that will be racing 11 miles on cycling fitness alone... and I need it as a muscle relaxant, to avert the onset of severe DOMS...
