I am at the Keswick Youth Hostel, for my shame...

Yep, still planning a bikeride! I have my first cycling race the weekend after, so will be taking the Waltz easy... as I don't want too much in the way of DOMS, as I have not actually run since mid February...

So will be cycling Friday afternoon, Monday and possibly even some of Sunday, depending on how the planned BG recce evolves...

I'm staying in Keswick. Could go to the Swinside right afterwards for post race rehydration. I think some folk are staying in Braithwaite and others in Keswick but there are several late buses 10 and 11pm between Keswick and Braithwaite so anything is possible
