Pah! I'm doing 8.5 miles over Ingleborough tomorrow morning, just to get my legs warmed up.......................... and of course to build in a convenient excuse should the AW inevitably go badly
My excuse will be the beer i drink tomorrow night and spending the night in a caravan with two excited kids..................and the fact that i've been doing longer, slower distance stuff...............and the fact i was crap before all thisPah!
