Went out this early morning for a very slow run round Mondays race route up Pike Low. Signed in at the cache to see King Snail and daughter had been there yesterday evening.

1:46:59hr. Greenfield - Alphin - Wimberry - Stable Stones - descent - ascent to Robs Rocks - Duck Stones - Fox Stone - Res - Greenfield. Naye too fast a pace tonight. Must of put my shoes on the wrong feet, two good stumbles, matching cuts to right elbow and right knee
