Hiya NB, Yep - been really good thanks.

Went to work this morning but somehow it feels so much better when ya leave at lunchtime doesn't it. Had a great afternoon, inclduing getting my bike ready for commute in to work tomorrow

And donn't tell i'm, but it's a far better road bike than antisocials...

Back in training now so feel more qualified now to restart mi'forum career
