Ebay has lots on but always better to see before you part with your cash so local(ish) is best. Our club has a sales/wants forum so if anything tasty comes up I will give you a shout. I posted a Pinerello up last week on here that someone from Rossy road club was selling that was in the price range. Private sale will be your best route/value for money. New equipment has gone up a lot recently with the crap exchange rate.

Might try the route again on thursday and see how things go, see if i can knock abit of time off from the first attempt and not hit that wall coming down from rivington.
Been thinking about this 100ml bike ride Al. If you can do a 49ml ride on a hybrid you'll easily build up to a 100 on something better. Sounds to me like you'd just bonked at the end. I can run for hours on a few biscuits and water but am hopeless cycling for more than 90mins if I don't eat You tried the 49er again yet?

To be honest, id bonked before i set off, even after 1/4 my legs where tired...i think i need a massage since my legs are always dead these days.

I was planning on doing the same route again this weekend but adding a bit on to make it up to 60 if i felt 'ok' towards the end...im abit snowed under with work at the mo so may do it mid-week instead.

No Ady, she came home, I made the tea (STEAK, MASH AND VEG + peppercorn sauce) then we went out for an hour.
She has showered and then I poured her a Carling

    Loving Husband or what?

You guys make me look like a numpty

I need to get out more and as running is out of the question at the moment I may be posting more on this thread
Build it up slowly and you'll be knocking out 50/60 mile rides without trouble within weeks. It's like starting running again after a long lay off - jog/run/incease milage/speed. Enjoy 2 wheels Stagger.
