Well done for finishing 'lugger. There's something about the mix of good trail running and steep climbs that makes this a tough but fascinating outing. Agree on great atmosphere Nice to see Manhar out supporting today

    Me or Mudlugger
Had a good un today, never ran the race before and my fastest time round the walkers route was 5h 10m, finished in 4h 32m 42s, no cramp and felt reasonably good after, just faded a bit coming off Inglebugger, but the support out there was great, thanks all
What happened to Stolly? Saw him bent over, coming off PYG, talking to Ady and never saw him again

Stolly buggered his ankle, and was kind enough to give me a lift back from the roadside.
Thanks for that Stolly and i hope your ankle isn't too bad.

Cheers Mapper. Yes, I set off really slow, wanted to make sure i'd finish. Got to the top of Ingleborough and then i thought "race on!", but had left it too late for 4hrs despite passing runners all the way down. I was in some serious pain at the end, nasty. Suprised that i actually enjoyed it though, good atmosphere.
