    thanks Daleside I did wonder. I tried to avoid stepping on them but there were so many.

    Yes! That was my friend with the Manx flag! Nuuns really work for me but i left mine on the Isle of man, no use there!

    Hopefully i will be over soon to try another race, Maybe something in the lakes.

    I did have my pony vest under my Manx shirt!!

    Just joined to say well done, I was walking the 3 peaks on Saturday (MTFU, I know) and took some pics here

    You guys are nuts, and now I am going to have to start training for next year. Not many hills down here though so I reckon a few trips up any spare weekends I have.
