    If you keep to the right, you can miss all the quarries out. Grass all the way.

    Sorry to miss this, Amex offered me a lift as well, but it was Mrs.Merrylegs birthday midweek so treating her to a night to remember (WTF happened last night????)

    Hope we can get some good views from the tops tomorrow. OK I know that we should all be running so fast that we've no time to stand and stare but I might just pause for thought at the top somewhere provided the clag decides to keep away!!

    What is the exact distance for this race. I have seen various distances from just over 7 to 9 miles? I have never done this one before and, looking at the climb from the start, it looks tough!
