I've been twice as naughty as you, Daz: I did a road 10K....

(Did manage my quickest time for 15 years though! )

Well Done!
I did actually manage a 5k PB of 23:16 so q.pleased

redeemed myself today with a few steep hills in driving drizzle

new race for me next Saturday: Bollington Festival 3 Peaks

The orange pony vest got an outing today on a recce of the Cribyn fell race route... Pitty it had to stay underneath my waterproof jacket most of the time, as it was a bit windy and drizzly in places. Good run though!

I will be sweeping the reace in a couple of weeks, so will be wearing it again, so everyone knows I am the last runner

there's a map on the Macc Harriers site, and also on the race thread on here
basically goes up the front of Kerridge, deliberately drops off the back so you have to climb back up to White Nancy (no ridge running!) then heads north for Nab Head (which I've never been up before!) before dropping back into Bollington - looks fab
