Not seen one, the route is obvious, starts up the track to Bwlch Y Groes, then breaks off to join the track to Eilio, then along the ridge to Moel Cynghorion, passing Foel Gron and Goch en route. The final descent is fun, straight down the face to join the main bridelway up maes gwm then back to the YHA via the road. Good race.

Very runnable, some short steep climbs, but all on short cropped grass, well grazed by sheep, the final descent is very steep with a few rocks around but mainly all grass. Then ends on a firm trail rocky at first then tarmac. Classic fell race.

dunno the size of the course - but multi map now do a ordinance survey view (where you can scroll round and zoom in and out)

if you have trouble printing it you can sometimes press the "print screen" button on your key board then paste the picture into word (or some such) to print (helps to have a colour printer)

pop the sheet in an plastic wallet, seal it with duct tape and bobs your dad's brother.
