    For minimum drag in a TT. Shit in an evening 10 up the A6 with a cross wind though! Horses for courses.
    Expect to pay around £1600 for one of those solid black things though!

    road pro 3s are my choice
    and i can confirm that on sunday i topped 54mph with them

    make sure you carry spare tubes, levers and a pump AL, + some surgeons gloves

    Quick 20 miler on road bike taking in a cricket competition mini-merry was playing in, the weather stayed dry for them and his school won the comp

    A good TT today,Lance is looking good for a possible top 10.A great ride seeing as he is not yet race fit !!
    Just like to mention Christopher froome..anybody heard of him ? He is a Kenyan born rider with a GBR licence.He is 29th overall,just 14.05 down in GC.To put it into perspective Mark Cavendish is currently 145th (out of 186) and 2 hours down on GC.
