Can't make it up till late on Friday 17th July so ruled out of leg 1, have informed the Rice Pudding quaffer, he wanted me to run every leg

    Re: Fell Ponies??

I am still working on convoncing the colleague to let me go for 3 days... and have another whole weekend off...

Alas, the timing isn't brill for me, as I am doing the Tour de Galles the week before, which involves taking 5 days off, including a whole weekend... he hates working whole weekends...

So I may just have to risk it and drive back down on Sunday am (work is 2-5 pm) or maybe find someone to cover for me! Ah, just thought about that

Not ideal, I'd say a mad rush but just about do-able Emmi...

Hmmm, Kentmere... I'd like to do that one, maybe I will get someone to cover for me...

Not too bad Dom... did it in 1.09.58, slightly disappointed as I think I could possibly have been faster. But it was my first TT, it was 25 miles of it, I had only just started cycling again on Tuesday after my sinusitis, so not really fit, was on the roadbike, not the TT bike, my chain came off (grrrrrr) and I took a wrong turn and I had to slow right down for a car turning left

Jeez, I sound just like a runner with all those excuse

What a good idea. The BG relay followed by Kentmere for a warm down
