I think I wore a 'king of the mountains top' at the borrowdale the year it was shortened. i'll see if i can find a photo and that may help with top identification!

I am back by the way... 75 kms at tempo and race pace... Three consecutive hard sessions, I am now shattered!!! I need food, cake and tomorrow morning an easy 45 minutes recovery and in the evening I have a massage... Restday on Thursday...
10M TT on Friday![]()
I thought this was a fell running forum! Just like I thought Mynydd Du was a fell running club. Not any more - it seems that we're all turning into cyclists - and me too with my injuries.
I did my second ever 10M TT last night (Libanus-Brecon) ! It's a doddle though isn't it this cycling!? - a short fell race and I'd be jiggered for days, lurching down stairs, limping on the flat, thighs burning etc; a cycling TT and I just felt very slightly tired for a while. And no injuries or strains (unless you go under a truck). Perhaps I'm not doing it right?
Nah, you recover pretty quickly from a 10M TT! What time did you do? Oh and you will find that half the fell runners forum actually does more cycling than running, just like you and me![]()
