I have a sense of deja vu here!!!!
Get the 555 bus to Keswick, they run every hour roughly on the hour from Windermere station. From Keswick catch the 78 to Rosthwaite. the last one leaves at 17.40

There is camping at the race I think, but there are also campsites within walking distance at Stonethwaite and Seatoller

I shall be posting an entry tomorrow. Meant to look out for this one and just realised entries are open!
The problem with living on my island is, i may have to be there a day or two early and stay a little longer, to fit in with the ferry.
