Made Mrs Staggers energy bars and Emmilou's carrot cake for post Wilmslow treats at the weekend (can't run very well at the moment so I might as well make myself useful!) and they were both very much appreciated by the hungry half marathoners
Made the banana cake yesterday it went down well with all who tried it, not much left now.
I have put some bananas aside to make another batch !

i made a potatoe cheese bake and it went wrong
okay
greased up dish
slice potatoes
slice onion
grate loads of cheese
black pepper
thyme
sage
layer ingredients and pour over 1/2 pint of milk and bake 45 mins
okay i checked it and all was well , so took the lid off and browned it
when i cut into it the cheese had like curdled and stuff ( bolox)
what did i do wrong
