Fell chucking your guts up is a great work out for your abs!

What a lovely day. Just been out for 7 miles along the canal, through Dunham Park and around the golf course. Felt great in the sun. No need for hat, gloves, tracksters etc. Hope it's like this tomorrow at Liver Hill. Sunset is 7.33pm so I will have to knock 10 minutes off last year's time to get back before it sets.

Thought I'd join in on this, I'm just getting started running again and want to get some structure to it.

Tonight is a gentle 5 Mile tarmac jog home from work.

Despite the weather only the daily bike commute today - still pacing myself in advance of latest comeback race but this week should be a mighty 22 mile week!!

are you doing a full 22 in one run or you still keeping it small at present and are you doing that frying pan race again? can't remember it's proper race!

Definitely not in one run at the moment!! Plans are for a two 4s (including one fartlek) a 5 and a 9 -plus a 12 mile walk on saturday!!

You mean the Reindeer Romp (as in the Inn where we parked and drank after) - nice little race(s) but I usually decide only a day or so in advance on relatively local short midweek races.
