Hi King Karl, Don't know yet am trying to do the Lakes run Sat and see how i get on from there, Duddon upset me knocked my confidence and now i am a girl but then again i know many girls who run better than me! so maybe i am well rhymes with a thing that holds ships in the same place

I just printed off my race entryform from the BC website, which I suppose means I have decided to race the Welsh Nationals on 19 July...

If, and this was always going to be a big IF, I would have done the Pony BGR relay, I would have had to drive to the Lakes from S wales on Friday night after work (6pm) and would have had to make my way back again early Sunday morning to work again on Sunday...

So I will have to say no to this exciting Pony outing on this occasion... I am sure there will be many more to enjoy though

Probably the weekend of 22 / 23 August... precisely when I don't know for sure and whether I'll be able to get for a run is even less certain, but it'd be nice if Narradale was on again.
