    I go to circuit training now curtesey of ccr. Its very good and im returning to my track running speed days. Like earlier this year i only managed 4:48 after a long layoff over the winter

    An hour based around Dovestones with chums (inc. a new man!). From Binn Green up Greenfield Brook, over the tops before returning via Ashway Gap. All very gentle, more of an exploratory "look see".

    Friday night, what's to do? 8miles, ~2000ft on hilly roads. Muggy out and v. oppressive.

    i did a couple of win hill on friday - very steady pace but the sweat was running into my eyes - yuck!

    8.25 miles on the roads at lunchtime in very warm and very humid conditions.

    Somewhat over 7 miles around the woods and reservoirs near Bradfield. Warm but a slight breeze, regular stops and plenty of water made it surprisingly pleasant.

    Get your self down to Bradfield this evening for the summer series race. short and snappy.
