Rest is just as good as hard training, gives the muscles time to recover and build strength.
I decided to rest today rather than ride... went for a much harder ride than planned last night and did some serious cross training last night and this mroning. Considering the heat, I gave my planned short run and short ride (brick) a miss...
Think I will go off to be so I can go out for a little run early tomorrow morning in stead, when it is still cool![]()
