Last night some 15miles, over 3000ft ascent in under 2 1/2 hrs = three hilly road reps up onto Holme Moss from down below.

Kn*cked today, but it feels nice...

Ah, I wondered it anyone would twig! Aye, the only chance of 1000ft+ RUNNABLE hill reps anywhere round here. And I've discovered it'll be running shoes on the day - mine held up beautifully last night.

You're doing a lot in Wales recently my friend....

4 miles very easy this afternoon as recovery. Shoes kept sticking to the road as the tarmac's melting in places...

4.5 ish miles around the fields near me.

Good to get out and do a nice trot from my house. Set off around 9pm but it was still pretty warm so ran topless once i got away from my village.
Ligaments where killing me for the first mile and i was considering throwing in the towel but bang on the mile marker they stopped.
I passed two hotties lying in the grass in a field on the way out, and on the way back a third had joined them. They all sat up and watched me as i passed and I expected to get some form of ridiculing once id passed - especially as i was topless...but nothing.

Good run, got savaged by some huge nettles which where heavily over-grown on one section of the path, and had a field of young cows trotting along-side me which was fun.

A superb 12 mile run with Studmarks over 4747' of ascent from the Old Dungeon Ghyll, Langdale.
Ran along the river, up Snake Pass to Rosset Pike, over to Bow Fell, Esk Pike, Great End and back over to Angle Tarn before descending down Rosset Gill. There's no place like the Lake District.
Just hope it's not as warm as it was today for Wasdale next week! 30 degrees

Up at 4 (yes, 4) and got my 3 x 4 min jog/1 min walk in, followed by today's Sit-up Challenge, some one legged weighted squats, 3 x 30 press ups, and a few other weights.

Knees fine (touch wood) - ready to up it to 15 mins running next week.
Elbow's fine (touch wood) - ready to pick up the Press-up challenge again next week.
