Cracking 3hrs first thing this morning. Skins run as it was nice & sunny (no, I did wear shorts). Took in most of the Holme Moss race route with a couple o' extras. Beautiful out, perfect in fact.

Good week so far, 8+ hrs out there in and around The Chew, cracking run late last night Wimberry - Alphin after all the crowds had gone home, 8 pm 'ish, just saw one other person a mountain biker on the opposite side of the valley above Charnel Stones.....Had to bin the Callow FR today, for Ice Age 3 with the wee nipper , but will be doing The Chew edges this evening

Hope all are having a good weekend...

30.61m/4964ft in 6h 13m. A good run that turned into an adventure hacking through nettle strewn paths and being chased by a bull. Even came across a dead sheep, nearly stood in it, the smell almost brought back my porridge
Bloody legs are tingling with stings now and gets back to find that Mini-Merry has fallen out of a tree, nothing broken, just bruised all over and feeling sorry for himself
