Great to watch TDF TT; awesome fivesome for the Garmin team

iF carlsberg did ttt, or the forum, what would it look like? :

    Ady
    Hanneke
    Daz
    Toffer
    Al Fowley
    Pauljonesforengland
    Stagger
    Dominion
    who wants the last place?

    Sweeping along majestically at 50kph
Nice thought, but 50kph needs the assistance of gravity to get me there

Well, I've been at it again
A nice recovery ride on the canal bank keeping the HR around 100 bpm.
Done 22 mile in 2 hours and really enjoyed it.
HR finished at 104 which is about 60% for me so I am pleased.

I rested as legs were a little temder.
Went to decathlon this morning, bought a proper pump with a gauge
Checked my tyres only 3.5 bar and should have been 7.5 ish for a 13,7 lad
No wonder the ups were tough and the downs steady

Can't wait for the morning to do a hilly 22 mile.

    Cheers Daz, worked a treat.

23 mile 2400' ascent and av mph was 14.4
Heart rate max was 180 on the last climb, not bad for a chap at 47.

    PS
Has this thread become Staggers Bike Ride???

No, but the main protagonists are somewhere between the northern most point and western most point of Wales, probably without internet access!

40ish this morning, included Cragg Vale n Sharneyford. Sweated like a pig and wasn't fast enough to escape clouds of bluebottles on the steep bits..........got passed by an old scroat on a fancy bike............wasn't impressed.
