Thats a great idea. Ill have a look to see if I can find her in the list of runners. Thanks.

@Snowdonia Jogger. Thanks I have no doubt he would have done everything he could. I am a bobby and work with Paramedics daily and know what a great job they do. I will let the family know that they can speak to him.
    Thanks again

    Sheepy and family and friends,

I would just like to add my sincerest condolences to you following Marks death during the Snowdon Race last Saturday. It wasn't until much later in the evening when I had travelled home from the race that I heard about the news of Marks death.
    Regards
    Andi Jones

First of all Andi congratulations on another victory (even if you from the wrong side of the boarder;-) ). You made it look effortless.
    Thanks for your message.

@Snowdonia jogger. My family would love to speak to your cousin if he wouldn't mind a call. I would be grateful if you could forward me his number. Regards

    Martin

    Roadrunner,
I notice by the descent times on Saturday that you were classified 17th. Did you take it easy on the way down or was it because there were so many walkers on the path? Were you at all aware that Ian Holmes was closing you down that quick, Holmes' descent was awesome to look on the TV on Sunday night.
    Cheers

There were a lot of people clogging up the path which would no doubt harm your final time.
Ian Holmes was like a rocket at the end. Was closing that gab very quickly.

The Kurdish baker was pretty impressive! He was a big old fella but he had a respectful time. I did love him speaking Welsh. He did bloody well. He could teach the plastic scousers round here a thing or two about the language.

I am planning on giving the race a go next year but dont think I will be much competition Andi

Hopefully once the newness of the Hafod on the summit has eased, next years race may not have as many walkers on the route? then again we could have a lot more?

Got 600+ photos of the ascent uploaded now with more to come. Then I will start the descent ones.
