Contrary to what previous posters have said, the Race Updates page on the FRA site suggests that the race has been moved from the originally published 23rd to the 16th. http://www.fellrunner.org.uk/raceupdates.htm

Sorry, yep, ignore what I wrote. Completely missed that bit and misinterpreted the section on that page regarding the 16th.
