How long do you cook them for Moley? I got some at the weekend, but overcooked them and they went a bit soggy. Not home grown though... Next years crop...

cube them and gently sweat with garlic when they start to give add 2 dessert spoons of fresh cream and pour the lot over fresh pasts. twist of black pepper mmmmmmmm!!

Had a bit of a courgette overload recently as the colleague is growing triffid size courgette plants that produce monstrously large courgettes. One lasted me:
- stuffed with a veggie chillie with feta cheese, in the oven...
- in a pasta sauce
- fried courgette beignets
- courgette soup
and that was where I still had about 1/4 left but could not face another evening meal that involved courgette...
