DP club race last night, Alport. A couple of tough climbs, bit o' flat, picking your feet up across moors. Finished somewhere in the middle I think, 1h 24m. Perfect night for it, makes you realise what it's all about.

    Champion!

Sorry I missed this but I had been out the last two nights so gained a few points at home. Running(racing) the Gusset race today to get a time in the results. Guaranteed first place seeing as the race doesn't start till Mon 24th

Time will remain a secret until the race has finished......

    Fantastic run today!

Four of us headed over to Ingleton this afternoon and headed up to ingleborough.

We followed the track up and over I'b and then followed the path that contoured round to the hill to the left until we hit the 6 mile mark and turned back....decending off Ingleborough via the race route (Jesus its lethal!

The weather was utterly amazing and i think ive fallen in love with Yorkshire!

Although, some army guys wearing 'help for heros' t-shirts did suggest i see a psychiatrist.

    12 amazing miles.
