Areyou meeting in Stair? If so where will you be parking? If we go up on Friday morning I could still meet up with you. Should I bring a packed lunch and a picnic blanket for lunch at the top?

I'm not doing the race btw, I've got to babysit the dog that day cos the Mrs is out. I'm just feeling sociable thats all.

I assume we will be parking somewhere near the village hall but we haven't sorted that yet.
I will be taking cereal bars and chocs for the run and probably a sandwich and coffee for after the run.

It might fit in with my plans better if your doing it later in the weekend.

I'm not 100% sure if I will be doing it or not or when to be honest.

If we get up to the lakes to camp then we might run it, or we might just be having a shorter run.

I am doing the recce on Friday, it's just caught me unawares and now I'm confused. I had a plan, now it's had to change. I don't cope well thinking on
my feet like that.
That's why I'm a scientist and not an artist, I don't do working on impulse.
Anyway back on topic, in a way, I had thought of Hopegill Head, I take it it's possible to link it in with Griesdale Pike and Grasmoor etc?
