Ady - i have thought about it believe me!! But as i'm not running with her she is turning into a lazy lump and enjoying the rest!!

Think that will be my first bit of activity though can stand on my bad leg and acoot with my good one so if you see me flying down Whinny Hill unable to stop make sure you get some photos!

She is actually really good on the bike when harnessed infront!

Only prob at the mo is the temperature it's a bit too warm for her to run has to be under 16 degrees but if you fancy having a go with her when it cools down a bit give me a shout it's a great laugh! THe first time i was so scared thought i would end up over the handlebars (again at Gisburn forest!) but she's great! Only trouble occurs if you are on a single track and she goes one way round a tree and you go the other or if she spots a deer and takes off like a maniac! It's a proper sport you know bikejor - some events being run in the uk this year.

I saw somthing on TV the other day about the top UK female in some championship. She was on a mountain bike. I'm sure it won't be long before it's <16 degrees! Could be OK on the green route in Gisburn Forest - nice and wide

    Get well soon.

Yeah i take her on my mountain bike up at Gisburn - when it's cold we do the red route which as about 21 k but we walk some of the single track sections just the one where the two streams are and the one where they cut all the trees down a few years back it's just when its a bit too steep it's a bit too scary and i don't want to kill her!

I'll nick another mally from a friend in winter and show you what it's all about! But you will have to wear a helmet!

Get well soon Vicci. Debbie showed me the photo on her phone, at the Golf Ball race, of your injury. OUCH!!
