I keep meaning to do a 10k because i reakon i'd smash my pb since i did the 10k when i'd only run 50 miles in 7 months since starting running again after 3 years.
Got 3 or 4 10k's lined up over the next month or so Guilden Sutton 10k near Chester is a good one.Im pretty sure it wasnt me.

Gentle recce of Half Tour. First time I've led, and missed CP2. Turned out a lovely morning and even had the sun on us for a while

Good turnout yesterday, a nice dry day out on the bike for me. Even Parbold Hill seemed shorter than I remembered going home.
3 sessions yesterday!!!!
drop car off at garage and ran the two miles home with big hill near end so went hard.
steady run back to pick it up in the PM
and the Trunce last night carrying a stretcher.
looking to a long run today maybe.(car back in garage)
