    To truly want to be a very good rider you have to love the bike. Id say Ady is a true lover of the bike.
    Ive toyed with the idea of doing 300miles a week and seeing what happens after 3 months. after doing 150miles in 2 days i feel okay. Have got my cycle legs and mind back but it wont be long before im waning.

    If its not being used Al , spray it with that fancy stuff emma uses on her winter ribbler. Think its called Flick your elbow wax, haha.

    Do you know what it is Daz.....lycra...im too self-consious to don my lycra shorts!

    Not for any 'size' reasons...just...well im horrendously self-consious

    Have a look round for some not too baggy, baggy shorts to wear over your lycra Al Kind of thing 'touring cyclists' wear
