A bit over 1 1/2 hrs last night on roads inc my usual - hill reps up a steep road (4 x 1mile & ~500ft). Feel A OK today.![]()
Tried to do the route of the long mynd valleys race yesturday . Its a winter race and when I tried to run it yesturday the route was all over run with braken so it took me more than an hour longer than when I did the race in Feb . FOUR hours ! By the time I'd got back I was in a mess . I really sruggled to muster the energy to go to the pub![]()
