    Sorry to hear you're struggling again Jamie!

    My knees are definitely better for doing excercise rather than resting. tbh I avoid hill reps etc but do regular one-leg squats (50-60 per leg, 4 or 5 times per week). Don't know what else to suggest but you need to be vigilant and keep it up

    Possible stress fracture of shin, no running for two weeks, ice, diclofenac, if no better off for x-ray. Can still cycle though
