Went for a lovely run this morning over to Watersheddles reservoir then over the grouse butts to Crow Hill summit then made my way home via the Lad Stone and Ponden Kirk.

This afternoon its Steeton v Overthorpe (first half) follwed by Silsden reserves v Bradford Park Avenue reserves - can't be arsed to go down to Staffordshire to watch the first team.
