    10k walk/run with Mini-Merry, his mum said he couldn't get round in an hour and a half, so we did it in 1hour 25mins, first child finisher too, with a bad ankle, well done son

    Tommorrow nights Monday series race route, Can't make it so ran the route this PM

    Ran flat out full race pace

    GPS 6.01 miles 850ft 40.05

    Going really well at the moment.

    took 2 mins off my usual time for this route
    A circuit from Bradfield up to Strines Road along to Dukes- Cowell House-Small field road.

    8 miles around the sea front and back, too busy wud prefer off road but such is life at times

    25.45 miles (could have been a bit less though as footpod is not calibrated) ran at a slow pace of about 5.5 - 6 miles an hour over undulating Herefordshireness and all of the Malverns except the last two hills.

    Longest run to date.
