    4 mile up and down Gt Whernside
    First run on the fells for almost 9 months
    Well not really a run but never walked so I'm over the moon.
    Just to wait and see how it reacts over night.

    Can you get lost on Baildon moor?

    First run for 17 days and first real exercise for 2 weeks post manflu - 34 mins hillyish road run from home.

    Warts night orienteering race around Howden edge from Fairholmes.

    7 miles 1800ft of hill, bracken, bogs and rocks. Excellent course with lots of route options

    around 25-30 runners came joint 2nd in 1.23. ish with Darth of the Dark Side, But it's easy to see where the real class is with Nobthrob winning by over 20 minutes!!!!

    Agood run out though
